Students of the Bloom Institute of Technology have filed a class action lawsuit against the school. They say the coding bootcamp, formerly known as Lambda School, advertised false job placement rates. While students have previously taken legal action against BloomTech, this is the first class action lawsuit against it. Former BloomTech students said that the school fell short of its promise with under-qualified instructors and an incomplete curriculum, Insider first reported. Leaked documents also showed that BloomTech's job placement rates were much lower than advertised, Insider previously reported.
Ashton Kutcher is making a comeback of sorts, reprising his star-making role as Michael Kelso on "That '90s Show." In fact, Kutcher said in a recent profile in Esquire that he never needs to take a role for the money again. "Now I can just worry about playing roles that I want to play," the "Jobs" star said. Now, Kutcher's financial security lets him be selective about the jobs he takes and the ones he turns down. And I want to play characters that are fun to play.
Kurtwood Smith played Red Forman on "That '70s Show" and reprised the role for "That '90s Show." Fans who recognize him will often come up and ask him to call them "a dumbass" just like Red would. I didn't necessarily think, "Oh, I'm pretty funny" — we had great writers on that show, and we have great writers on "That '90s Show."

Masterson was charged in 2020 with forcibly raping three women in separate incidents occurring between 2001 and 2003, CNN previously reported. “While we are disappointed with the outcome in this trial, we thank the jurors for their service,” the district attorney’s office said in a statement. In 2017, Netflix and producers of “The Ranch” wrote Masterson off the show amid rape allegations. At the time, Masterson said he was “obviously very disappointed” by the decision, in a statement to CNN.

Olmedo sternly reminded the lawyers that Scientology would not dominate the trial. The Associated Press does not typically name people who say they were victims of sexual abuse unless they come forward publicly.
